Q: Do you provide material certifications on custom machined parts?

Yes, for any job that needs one. We do not promote certifications, but if your order requires a material certification or a certificate of conformance, ask when you place it and we will provide it.

Can you make custom sintered bronze parts to a drawing?

Yes, custom pressed sintered parts are one of our core capabilities, and we quote them directly. Send your drawing through the custom machining quote form with the alloy, dimensions, and quantity, and we will come back with a real quote. If the geometry or tooling affects timing or cost, we tell you when we quote it.

Do you provide material certifications on custom machined parts?

What tolerances can you hold on custom bronze machining?

We machine to the tolerances on your drawing and quote each job against the print. If a callout is outside what we can hold, we tell you at quote time rather than after the parts are cut. Tolerance and finish callouts, alloy, and quantity all factor into the quote, so include the full print with your request.
